Nothing's set up. Let's fix that first.
A CRM the team doesn't use, tracking that fires sometimes, a sending domain nobody authenticated, and paid traffic pointed at the home page. Every engine we run leaks through gaps like these.
Foundation closes them as one project, at one fee, in your name.

What we check.
Every dimension marked Missing, Broken, Partial or Healthy. A table, not prose. This is the checklist.
- CRM
Whether one exists, whether it's configured, whether the team actually uses it.
- Conversion surface
A site or landing pages capable of converting traffic.
- Tracking
Analytics and pixels installed and firing correctly.
- Sending domain
A dedicated domain, authentication records, warm-up state.
- Data hygiene
Duplicate records, migration state, field consistency.
- Intake path
Booking, form or call path from first contact to a scheduled conversation.
- Local presence
Business profile and local search assets, where relevant to the model.
What you get.
Sold as a fixed-scope project at a fixed fee. The outcome the agreement names: a working stack you own.
- 01
A configured CRM
Users, permissions, fields, and a documented pipeline with stages, owners and triggers.
- 02
Clean, migrated data
Deduplicated, with a field map, so nothing downstream is built on unreliable fields.
- 03
A conversion surface
A live site or landing pages that convert, not a home page catching paid traffic.
- 04
Tracking that verifiably fires
Pixels, analytics, call tracking, with an event-firing report to prove it.
- 05
An authenticated sending domain
With a warm-up plan, so the first flow lands in the inbox.
- 06
A live intake path
Booking or form, with routing rules, so a lead reaches a person.
Accounts you own
Client-owned accounts with Forge on partner access, set up at build time, never retrofitted. A live engagement once stalled on an account nobody could reach. This is that lesson.
Sized, never trimmed.
Foundation is a fixed-scope project at a fixed fee, not a retainer. It is sized Small, Standard or Complex by how many systems you run, how much data has to move, and how many integrations are in play. It is never tiered by removing pieces: a foundation with pieces removed is a broken foundation, and we are the ones debugging it in month four.
Small
One system, little data to move, no integrations to speak of.
Standard
A couple of systems, a real migration, the usual integrations.
Complex
Several systems, years of data, integrations that talk to each other.
Neither engine runs properly without it. If you can't do both, Foundation comes first.
What people ask about this line.
We don't need a foundation. Can we just start with the engine?
Follow-up with no CRM has nowhere to write. Emails from a domain that isn't set up land in spam. Ad spend before tracking is measured against nothing. It isn't an upsell, it's the order things have to happen in, and the plan says exactly which piece needs which.
We already have a web team and a brand agency.
Keep them. New website builds, custom development, platform migrations and data engineering are outside every engine, and the agreement says so before you sign. Foundation builds the pages that convert, not a brand site.
What does it cost?
We tell you after the findings, and once we do it's fixed for the whole term. Month one is the audit, and the fee doesn't change when we agree the schedule at day 30.
We've been burned by an agency before.
Then you'll get our diagnosis before our proposal. A Findings document in your words and your numbers, a table of what's missing, broken, partial or healthy, and one recommendation. Argue with that first. If you don't agree with the diagnosis, there's nothing to buy.
All three lines.
The diagnosis routes to one. Here they are side by side.
Book a discovery call. Bring what's broken.
Thirty minutes. What's broken, what you've tried, which agencies failed you. We'll tell you which of the three leaks is yours and what we'd check next. No pitch on this call.
