Terms of Service

Every engagement with Forge Marketing is governed by the agreement you sign for it, which sets out the scope, the term, the investment and the guarantee that applies. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance without that agreement. Where this page and a signed agreement differ, the agreement wins.

The guarantee on creative work

On VSL Engine, Reverse VSL and Social Takeover, if you are not happy with your first delivery we make it right first: a free re-shoot, re-edit or re-script to your notes, or a replacement before a piece posts. If we still cannot get that first delivery to a place you are happy with, we refund it. The guarantee is on the work, not on results; nobody can guarantee results and we do not.

Your creative is yours

Creative made for you is exclusive to your business. It is never reused for another client or handed to a competitor in your market. You are licensed to use it from the day it is delivered, and once it is paid for that licence is permanent, whether or not you continue with us.

Agency engagements

On the agency side, the Findings document is ours to prepare and yours to keep, and carries no obligation to buy anything. An engagement begins only when an agreement is signed. Your accounts stay in your name, with our access revocable at any time.
