Privacy Policy

Forge Marketing stores the details you submit through this website's contact form (your name, email, phone if you give it, and your message) so we can reply to your enquiry. Sending the form is your agreement to that, and the wording you saw is kept with the enquiry as a record of it. Details sent through this website's contact form go on no list and into no drip campaign, and are never sold to anyone.

The site sets no cookies of its own and uses no third-party analytics. Campaign parameters carried by the link you arrived on are kept for the visit and stored with the enquiry you choose to send, so we know which ad or email brought you.

The booking pages embed a scheduling calendar provided by GoHighLevel. Details you enter there are stored by that service to book and remind you of the call, under its own privacy policy. The example videos are served from a content delivery network; playing one requests the file from it.

Text messages. If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts from us (for example, by ticking the box when you book a call), we send that number only the texts you agreed to, such as confirmations and reminders for your call. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or HELP for help. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number and your consent to receive texts are never sold or shared with anyone, apart from the service providers that store your details and send the messages for us.

Keeping it safe. Your details travel over encrypted connections, to this site and to the services that store them for us, and only the people who need them to reply to you or run your call can see them. No way of sending or storing information is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you send us.

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@forgemarketingteam.com and we will do it.
