Revenue's in. Money's leaking behind it.
You spent to acquire these customers and you are not monetising them. No sales problem, a list nobody segments, flows that never got built, a domain that lands in spam.
Revenue Engine turns the list you already paid for into revenue you can attribute, month over month, and gives the marketing lead a number to put in front of the CEO.

What we check.
Every dimension marked Missing, Broken, Partial or Healthy. A table, not prose. This is the checklist.
The list
- List size and health
Total contacts versus active and engaged; hygiene state.
- Segmentation depth
How many meaningful segments exist and whether they're used.
The sending
- Flow coverage
Welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, winback, replenishment.
- Campaign cadence
Send frequency, calendar discipline, whether sends are ad hoc.
- SMS
Whether it's in use, opt-in capture, compliance posture.
- Deliverability
Sending domain authentication, sender reputation, list hygiene.
The money
- Purchase data structure
Whether purchase data arrives structured and segmentable, or as a blob.
- Cross-sell and upsell
Whether product-to-product paths are mapped and automated.
- Referral mechanism
Whether any systematic referral capture exists.
- Lifecycle attribution
The share of revenue attributed to lifecycle versus total revenue.
What you get.
Sold as a monthly retainer in three tiers. The outcome the agreement names: revenue attributed to lifecycle, month over month.
- 01
A list audit and a cleaned list
The report, then the hygiene.
- 02
Segmentation architecture
A segment map, live in the platform. The judgement in this line; it stays in-house.
- 03
Lifecycle flows, per flow
One live, documented flow at a time: welcome, post-purchase, winback and on. The tier is a flow count.
- 04
A compliant SMS program
Opt-in capture and the sends that use it.
- 05
A template and design system
A reusable branded set, so every send looks like you.
- 06
Structured purchase data
Segmentable fields instead of a blob from the POS, scoped to the point where development begins.
- 07
Ad audiences and referrals
Your list synced to your ad accounts as audiences, and a working way to ask for and reward referrals.
- 08
Campaigns, tuning and inbox placement
A set number of scheduled sends, a monthly log of what we changed and why, and a monthly report on whether mail is landing.
Good, Better, Best.
Each tier adds channels, more flows and deeper reporting. It never introduces an unrelated service, so you always know what the next one buys.
Good
Email only. Core flows: welcome, post-purchase, winback. A segmentation framework and basic reporting.
Better
Email and SMS. All flows. Dynamic ad-audience sync.
Best
The full program, plus data-mapping consultation and an advanced reporting structure.
How many flows and campaigns each tier includes is set in the agreement, after the findings.
What people ask about this line.
Can we get one proposal with everything in it?
You get two documents. The Findings, which is entirely about you and lists nothing to buy. Then an agreement written from a standard set of pieces for the line and tier we recommend. Custom diagnosis, standard scope. That's what keeps delivery reliable and the number honest.
We don't need a foundation. Can we just start with the engine?
Follow-up with no CRM has nowhere to write. Emails from a domain that isn't set up land in spam. Ad spend before tracking is measured against nothing. It isn't an upsell, it's the order things have to happen in, and the plan says exactly which piece needs which.
How much of the work do you actually do yourselves?
The diagnosis, the standard and your relationship never leave the building. Some of the hands-on work is done by partners we check against the same standard, and your accounts stay in your name with our access revocable at any time.
What does it cost?
We tell you after the findings, and once we do it's fixed for the whole term. Month one is the audit, and the fee doesn't change when we agree the schedule at day 30.
We've been burned by an agency before.
Then you'll get our diagnosis before our proposal. A Findings document in your words and your numbers, a table of what's missing, broken, partial or healthy, and one recommendation. Argue with that first. If you don't agree with the diagnosis, there's nothing to buy.
All three lines.
The diagnosis routes to one. Here they are side by side.
Book a discovery call. Bring what's broken.
Thirty minutes. What's broken, what you've tried, which agencies failed you. We'll tell you which of the three leaks is yours and what we'd check next. No pitch on this call.
