Diagnosis first. Then the fix.
Eight stages from the first call to every month after. You argue with the diagnosis, not the invoice, and one signature covers the whole engagement.
01 · What you told us
Spend of a month, leads, close rate . Two agencies before us. “The phone isn’t ringing.”
02 · What we found
| CRM in use | Broken |
| Tracking fires | Missing |
| Sending domain | Partial |
| Landing pages | Missing |
| Speed to lead | Broken |
| Attribution | Healthy |
03 · What it’s costing you
leads × close rate × average job ≈ $ a month, unbooked.
06 · One recommendation
Start with Foundation, then Demand Engine. Tracking before spend.
Eight stages, in order.
- Stage 1
Discovery call
Thirty minutes, structured against the three leaks and recorded. You describe what is broken, what you have tried, and which agencies failed you.
- Stage 2
A look inside
A fixed number of hours inside your accounts, if you grant access, checking each piece against the list. Every one gets marked Missing, Broken, Partial or Healthy.
- Stage 3
Findings document
What you told us, what we found, what it is costing you, what good looks like, the game plan, one recommendation.
- Stage 4
Review call
You react to the diagnosis: questions, corrections, additions. You argue with the diagnosis, not the invoice.
- Stage 5
Agreement
Written from a standard set of pieces for the line and tier we recommended: how long, what it costs each month, and the result we're accountable for.
- Stage 6
One signature
One document covers the whole engagement and work starts the same day. We never ask you to pay before we've committed to you.
- Month one
The audit month
With full access we go deep. Every piece we'll touch gets rated clean, messy or broken, and at day 30 we agree the schedule for the months after. The fee doesn't change when we do.
- Every month after
The monthly work, plus extra hours
The regular work, on schedule, plus a set number of hours each month for whatever comes up, logged where you can see it. If a request fits in those hours, we do it. If it's bigger, you get a separate quote first.
A diagnosis you can argue with.
The Findings document replaces the proposal. It is entirely about your business and it carries no deliverable list. You agree with the diagnosis first, in its own conversation. The proposal comes after, against a problem you have already accepted as real.
- 01
What you told us
Your words and your numbers, reflected back. What previous agencies did and where it failed.
- 02
What we found
The checklist run against your accounts, each piece marked Missing, Broken, Partial or Healthy. A table you can read in a minute.
- 03
What it's costing you
Your numbers times an assumption we state out loud, with the math shown. Never a figure we can't work out in front of you.
- 04
What good looks like
What businesses like yours are getting, kept short. This is where the accounts we already run in your category earn their keep.
- 05
The game plan
In order, with the reason for the order: tracking before ad spend, clean data before segments, Foundation before either engine.
- 06
One recommendation
One sentence naming the line and the tier.
Your investment is fixed.
“Your investment is fixed. What we spend it on gets decided once we've seen inside your accounts.”
Month one is the audit. At day 30 we agree together what the months after look like. The fee is the same before and after; only the mix of the work gets decided.
Book a discovery call. Bring what's broken.
Thirty minutes. What's broken, what you've tried, which agencies failed you. We'll tell you which of the three leaks is yours and what we'd check next. No pitch on this call.
